These terms govern your use of the Pidiga platform operated by Pidiga AI Pvt Ltd (“Pidiga”, “we”, “us”). By using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

Pidiga provides an AI-powered e-commerce platform that helps sellers create and manage online stores. Our AI assistant Pidiga helps with store setup, product listings, marketing content, and order management.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform.
One person or business may maintain one account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Sell illegal, counterfeit, or prohibited products.
Misrepresent your products or business.
Use the platform to harass, spam, or defraud others.
Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the platform.
Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

4. Plans, Subscriptions and Billing

Free trial: every new account starts a 14-day free trial automatically. No payment details are needed, and nothing is charged during the trial.
Paid plans: Pidiga offers Starter, Plus and Premium monthly plans, and Custom plans agreed in writing. Each plan’s features, credit allowance and limits are those shown on our pricing page and in your dashboard when you subscribe.
GST: plan prices are shown exclusive of GST. GST at 18% is added. The total you pay, including GST and rounded to the nearest rupee, is shown before you confirm payment. Your tax invoice shows the taxable value and the GST separately.
Auto-renewal: subscriptions are processed by Razorpay. They renew automatically every month on the same date, using the payment method you authorised, until you cancel.
Plan changes: upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect from the next billing period.
Cancellation: you can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing in the web dashboard. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Failed payments: if a renewal fails, you get a 7-day grace period with daily reminders by email and WhatsApp. If payment is still not made after the grace period, or the trial ends without a subscription, your account is suspended: your storefront goes offline and Pidiga’s AI agents stop responding. Your data is kept, and service is restored when payment is made.
Credits: AI actions consume credits based on their complexity. Credit allowances and refills follow your plan. Top-up credits are valid for the period stated when you buy them.
Invoices: we issue a GST tax invoice for every payment. To claim input tax credit, add your GSTIN under Settings → Billing before the payment is made.
Refunds: fees are non-refundable, except in the cases listed in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
We may change pricing with 30 days’ notice. Existing subscribers are notified before any change applies to them.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload (products, images, descriptions).
You grant Pidiga a license to host, display, and process your content to provide the service.
AI-generated content (product descriptions, marketing copy) created through the platform is yours to use.
You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe on others’ rights.

6. Payments and Orders

Payment processing is handled by Razorpay. Pidiga facilitates transactions between you and your customers but is not a party to those transactions. You are responsible for fulfilling orders, handling returns, and complying with consumer protection laws.

7. AI Assistant

Pidiga provides suggestions and assistance. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all actions.
AI-generated content should be reviewed before publishing.
We continuously improve our AI but do not guarantee error-free output.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, you can request an export of your data within 30 days.

9. Limitation of Liability

Pidiga is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kochi, Kerala.
