Data Deletion Request

Pidiga AI Pvt Ltd (“Pidiga”, “we”, “us”) respects your right to control your personal data. You can ask us to delete your account and the data associated with it at any time.

How to Request Deletion

Choose whichever is easiest:

• Email: Send a message to hello@pidiga.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request”, from the email or phone number linked to your account.
• WhatsApp: Message our business number and reply “DELETE MY DATA”. Pidi will confirm and forward the request to our team.

To help us verify the request, please include the business name and the registered email or WhatsApp number on the account. We may ask a follow-up question to confirm your identity before we delete anything.

What Gets Deleted

Once verified, we permanently delete:

• Your account and profile details (name, email, phone, business information).
• Your store data — products, orders, customers, media, and store configuration.
• Your conversations with Pidi and support messages.
• Usage and analytics data linked to your account.

What We May Retain

We may keep a limited set of records where the law requires it — for example, invoices and transaction records needed for tax and accounting, and minimal logs to prevent fraud and abuse. These are retained only for as long as legally required and are not used for any other purpose.

Timeline

We acknowledge deletion requests within 7 days and complete verified deletions within 30 days. Backups are purged on our regular rotation, typically within a further 30 days.
