These terms govern your use of the Pidiga platform operated by Pidiga E-Commerce Pvt Ltd (“Pidiga”, “we”, “us”). By using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

Pidiga provides an AI-powered e-commerce platform that helps sellers create and manage online stores. Our AI assistant Pidi helps with store setup, product listings, marketing content, and order management.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform.
One person or business may maintain one account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Sell illegal, counterfeit, or prohibited products.
Misrepresent your products or business.
Use the platform to harass, spam, or defraud others.
Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the platform.
Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

4. Pricing and Credits

Pidiga operates on a credit-based subscription model.
Each AI action consumes credits based on complexity.
Subscription fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable.
We may change pricing with 30 days’ notice.
Free trial credits expire at the end of the trial period.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload (products, images, descriptions).
You grant Pidiga a license to host, display, and process your content to provide the service.
AI-generated content (product descriptions, marketing copy) created through the platform is yours to use.
You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe on others’ rights.

6. Payments and Orders

Payment processing is handled by Razorpay. Pidiga facilitates transactions between you and your customers but is not a party to those transactions. You are responsible for fulfilling orders, handling returns, and complying with consumer protection laws.

7. AI Assistant

Pidi provides suggestions and assistance. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all actions.
AI-generated content should be reviewed before publishing.
We continuously improve our AI but do not guarantee error-free output.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, you can request an export of your data within 30 days.

9. Limitation of Liability

Pidiga is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kochi, Kerala.
