The 7 Chat Commands Every New Pidiga Seller Should Know
Pin this post. Screenshot it. These seven lines will cover 90% of what you need to run your store day to day.
Pidiga's dashboard has menus for every feature — but the chat panel on the right is always faster. If you're new, start by memorising just these seven patterns. Everything else follows.
For the full picture of what the AI can do, read How the AI Agent Works. This post is the cheat sheet.
Add a product
The fastest way to add anything. The agent creates the product, sets the price, and fills in a basic description. You can edit details later.
Let AI write your product listing from a photo
Drop a photo into the chat and type list this. The agent reads the image, writes a name, description, and suggests a price in seconds. You review, tweak the price, save.
Show me today's orders
Also works: “Show today's orders”, “What's unpaid?”, or “Orders from last week”. The agent pulls the list right in the chat — no menu-clicking.
Mark an order as delivered
You can batch them too: “Mark orders 42, 43, 44 as delivered”. The customer gets an automatic WhatsApp update.
Update stock in one line
Other useful forms: “Mark X as out of stock”, “Add 10 to Red Velvet stock”.
Broadcast to past customers
The agent drafts the full message, shows it to you, and only sends after you confirm. It goes out only to customers who've ordered from you before — not random contacts.
Use broadcasts sparingly. Once a week at most, or when you have something genuinely new.
Restyle your store in plain language
Other nudges that work: “More minimal”, “Warmer colours”, “Something for a cake shop”. The agent previews the change before applying.
A note on safety
For anything irreversible — deleting a product, sending a broadcast, issuing a refund — the agent always asks you to confirm first. You can type fast and not worry about breaking things.
Open the dashboard and try one.
The chat panel is on the right. Start with Show my orders.
